Digital Voice

 Electronic Voice System enables user communicates using eye movements and blinks. It generates audio signal (electronic voice) from eye blinks. It can translate blink commands (like short blink, long blink, double blink, downward eye movements) to voice (like yes, no, hungry, thirsty, hot, cold) from the predefined lookup table that contains voice data for the given blink commands. This system is helpful for paralyzed people to communicate their basic needs through eye blinks and movements. It would make their life lot easier.
